Travel Information

May Kick-Off

CoBank will provide transportation to and from CoBank Center on Monday, May 20. On Tuesday, May 21 CoBank will provide transportation from the hotel to CoBank Center. Please check out of your hotel room and bring your luggage to the bus for transport and storage at CoBank Center for departure to the airport following the meeting. You will manage your own air and ground travel arrangements to and from the airports. 

Please let Stephanie Lifland know if you are planning to drive a vehicle to CoBank Center so parking arrangements can be made. The address for CoBank Center is 6340 S. Fiddlers Green Circle, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. 

Fall Trip

CoBank will arrange all local transportation during the Fall Trip, including ground transportation from New York, NY to Washington, DC. You will manage your own air and ground travel arrangements to and from the airports. We recommend that you arrive on Sunday, September 29, in time to attend an (optional) Informal Evening Welcome Reception to connect with fellow Ambassadors and the CoBank staff. If you do not arrive in time to attend the Welcome Reception, please arrive in time for the start of the meeting on Monday, September 30, at 7:00 a.m. (ET). Please schedule your departure flight for Friday, October 4 (any time). Your hotel reservation will be extended automatically through Friday, October 4.

If you haven't already done so, please send your name as it appears on your driver's license to Paola Briones immediately, as this will allow us to finalize ground transportation.

Attire and Packing

Dress during the May Kick-Off and (optional) Informal Evening Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 29 is business casual. Business attire is required for the remainder of the program. The program attire may be updated upon finalization of the New York, NY and Washington, DC agendas.

Please pack lightly for the Fall Trip. We will cover many city blocks on foot over the course of the full program so be ready for plenty of walking. Keep in mind that you will need to walk with your own luggage for several blocks from the train station in Washington, DC to our hotel.

The weather in New York, NY and Washington, DC is unpredictable and we will update you with the forecast as the event approaches. Umbrellas, rain coats, sunscreen and comfortable dress shoes are encouraged.
