You will manage your own air and ground travel arrangements to and from the airports. We recommend that you arrive on Sunday, September 14, in time to attend an (optional) Informal Evening Welcome Reception to connect with fellow Ambassadors and the CoBank staff. Attire and Packing

Dress during the April Kick-Off and (optional) Informal Evening Welcome Reception on Sunday, September 14 is business casual. Business attire is required for the remainder of the program. The program attire may be updated upon finalization of the New York, NY and Washington, DC agendas.

Please pack lightly for the Fall Trip. We will cover many city blocks on foot over the course of the full program so be ready for plenty of walking. Keep in mind that you will need to walk with your own luggage for several blocks from the train station in Washington, DC to our hotel.

The weather in New York, NY and Washington, DC is unpredictable and we will update you with the forecast as the event approaches. Umbrellas, rain coats, sunscreen and comfortable dress shoes are encouraged.
