Lauren Stevenson is the Director of Portfolio Management for CoBank where she manages a team of four individuals. Lauren started at CoBank in 2011 in the Credit Advancement Program where she rotated through various lending divisions, including time in the Special Assets Group, before joining the Power, Energy, Utilities group as a Credit Analyst in 2013. In 2015, Lauren transitioned to the Project Finance team where she remained on the credit side focusing on analyzing and underwriting new transactions to finance primarily renewable energy projects throughout the U.S. She was promoted to the group’s first Portfolio Manager in 2021 and was responsible for supporting the origination and execution efforts of the Relationship Manager team.  Lauren, her husband, and chocolate Labrador Retriever, Pepper, relocated from Denver back to her hometown of Sun Valley, Idaho in 2020. Outside of her professional life, Lauren is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys skiing, trail running, and mountain biking and loves exploring new terrain with Pepper. She also prides herself on her meticulously maintained flower garden, which is the envy of all her neighbors. Lauren attended the University of Denver where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics.
