Meri Burt is a Senior Portfolio Analyst with American AgCredit, based in Reno, NV. She primarily services the Association’s Mountain Region, which includes Nevada, Colorado and a portion of Northern California. Meri grew up in a small rural community in Northern California before attending California State University, Chico. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, she accepted a summer credit internship with American AgCredit, and later that year was offered a full-time analyst position in Reno. Meri has now been with the Association for 12 years.  She is grateful to work in the Farm Credit System and have the opportunity serve farmers and ranchers. In her free time, Meri enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, house projects and being outdoors with her dog, Willy.
