Casey Baker serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Credit Operations and Development at Fresno Madera Farm Credit (FMFC), a role he assumed in May 2024. With over two decades of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, and agricultural finance, he brings a wealth of expertise to FMFC. In his current role, he oversees credit operations, manages credit managers and analysts, and drives strategic credit development initiatives to support FMFC’s mission of serving agricultural producers and rural communities.

Before joining FMFC, Baker held senior leadership roles in credit and relationship management, including leading a team of 50 Credit Analysts across California and Arizona and overseeing Relationship Managers throughout Northern, Central, and Southern California.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2011, Baker is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Business Analytics Program, reflecting his commitment to data-driven decision-making and financial leadership excellence.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their two sons.
