As an executive entrepreneur, Alp Basol focuses on innovation and technology disruptions, advancing solutions for credit and financial services. Alp serves as the Director of Strategic Innovation at CoBank where leads the Innovation Organization and AI Center of Excellence at CoBank building alliances, identifying capability gaps, and exploring new approaches while maintaining partnerships with FinTechs, startups, and external partners. He drives early concept development, oversees AI strategy, prototyping, adoption across business lines, and manages centralized AI models and governance. Prior to joining CoBank, Alp was Group Chief Technology Officer at Telstra Enterprise and Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation at AT&T Business.

Alp holds a Master of Science in Network Systems, a Graduate Diploma of Information Technology in Systems Development, and a Graduate Diploma of Science in Network Systems from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
