Bryan Close joined CoBank in January 2025 as Vice President and Regulatory Counsel. Prior to joining CoBank, Bryan spent nearly a decade as a product, regulatory and governance attorney in the payments and financial services industries. Bryan’s expertise includes banking regulations, new product development, marketing and advertising compliance, and corporate governance. Bryan is motivated by CoBank’s mission of serving as a relevant and dependable provider of credit and other value-added financial services and support to agriculture, rural infrastructure and other related industries for the benefit of rural America. Bryan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University.
