Dustin Oswald is a Managing Director of Capital Markets for Frontier Farm Credit and Farm Credit Services of America. He was born in Northeast Kansas and grew up on a corn and soybean row crop farming operation. Oswald attended Kansas State University, where he received an undergraduate and graduate degree in Agribusiness Economics. For his graduate degree, he studied under Michael Boland at the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center. Upon graduation, he moved to Southern Oklahoma and worked for the Samual Roberts Noble Foundation for three years. He then transitioned to a Capital Markets Credit Analyst at Frontier Farm Credit for nearly five years, prior to moving to Omaha, Nebraska to continue work with the Strategic Collaboration between Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit. Today, he manages a roughly $4 billion loan portfolio in the Capital Markets. His wife and three kids reside in Blair, Nebraska and are actively involved in the community and youth sports.
