Emily Inman is Vice President of People and Capabilities at CoBank. She is passionate about connecting with people and recognizes that each person she meets has unique perspectives and insights to share. Her tenured career in Human Resources has allowed her to partner alongside many talented colleagues to create strategies, align work to achieve results, and encourage people to use their unique abilities to further a mission. Inman has been with CoBank’s Human Resources team for the last three years and leads Learning and Development, Change Management, Talent Programs, and the HR Business Partner team. Prior to CoBank, Emily held roles in the Human Resources departments at Charter Communications, Empower Retirement and Time Warner. 

Inman was raised in Oklahoma, but moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University and never returned home. She has three daughters and together with her husband, they enjoy traveling, skiing, and attending sporting events.
