Chris Holmes is Manager, Asset Review–Retail Reviews at CoBank, ACB, where he is responsible for developing and executing the Asset Review Operating Plan for the Bank’s portfolios. Holmes has more than 20 years of experience in credit administration, credit underwriting, credit review, and relationship management in both the Farm Credit System and commercial banking.  Most recently, Chris was the Senior Vice President of Loan Review with FirstBank where he oversaw a team of 15 reviewers.

Holmes holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska, and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State College.  He is also Credit Risk Certified through the Risk Management Association and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado University.
